Cefotaxime sodium is a β-lactam antibiotic belonging to the third-generation cephalosporin class that can undergo hydrolysis when dissolved. Cefotaxime must be dissolved in an appropriate solvent. Once dissolved, cefotaxime must be used immediately. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of storage temperature on the concentration of cefotaxime sodium injection with 0.9% NaCl solvent. Cefotaxime sodium injection was dissolved in 0.9% NaCl solvent and then stored at refrigeration (2-8°C) and room temperature (25-30°C) for storage periods of 0, 1, 3, 5, 7, and 10 days. Quality tests were then conducted, including organoleptic and pH measurements, and the determination of concentration using HPLC........

Parbhani has been described as the land of saints as several saints have been associated with Parbhani (Prabhavati nagri) including Janabai from Gangakhed . Soil and water are the most important natural resources and all the basic needs of human beings and plants depend on these natural resources. Soil testing is an essential method for evaluating the soil's nutrient-supplying capacity. In the present study, 10 soil samples were collected from different locations of Pedgaon and Dharmapuri villages of Parbhani Taluka, Parbhani district. The chemical.......

As ground water is more valuable than surface water it is necessary to check the water quality parameters at regular interval of time viz. pH, TDS, alkalinity, turbidity, nitrates, chlorides phosphates, BOD,COD, DO, minerals, salts. Present research paper focus on review of different research papers related to physico-chemical analysis of water from different sources used for drinking purpose. The present study was aimed at assessing the ground water quality characteristics of Masoli dam near by the Gangakhed, Tal-Gangakhed, District Parbhani........

The soil is one of the most important ecological factors showing its impact on the terrestrial environment either directly or indirectly. It forms the top most layer of earth's crust and is a mixture of many solids, liquid and gaseous substances which differ from place to place. It has both non-living and living matter like mineral particles, decaying plant remains and insects occurring together with countless bacteria on its organic matter. Soil test commonly refers to the analysis of a soil sample to determine nutrients content, composition and other characteristics such as.......
